You Are Priceless Art

Like a priceless work of art shattered by violence, rape and sexual assault can create deep cracks in your sense of self. Yet, even when broken, the possibility for restoration and renewed beauty remains—each healed fracture a testament to your enduring strength. As a survivor of Military Sexual Assault, I intimately understand how trauma can disrupt your emotional, psychological, and spiritual foundation. My own healing journey was not linear; it demanded courage to face pain, isolation, and disappointment with traditional support systems that didn’t always recognize the unique aspects of military and sexual trauma. Through perseverance, I transformed pain into purpose and developed specialized skills to guide fellow survivors with empathy and understanding.

My mission is to help you break free from shame and self-blame, moving from a place of victimhood to one of empowerment and resilience. By creating a safe, supportive environment, I encourage you to reclaim your self-worth and begin writing a new, victorious chapter in your life. Together, we can mend invisible wounds, develop lasting coping strategies, and restore hope for the future.

Six ways rape or sexual trauma may be impacting your life:

  • Persistent feelings of guilt, shame, or self-blame

  • Difficulty trusting others or forming close relationships

  • Flashbacks, nightmares, or intrusive memories

  • Increased anxiety, hypervigilance, or feeling constantly “on edge”

  • Emotional numbness or detachment from loved ones

  • Avoidance of places, situations, or even people that trigger memories of the trauma

Healing is possible. Each step forward reveals the strength and beauty that have always existed within you.
